Next Steps
Next Steps provides award winning services planned by and for people with learning difficulties.
It was set up in 2002 with the ideas of a group of three adults with learning difficulties and support from Next Steps Manager, Sam Hill.
We support people with learning difficulties to find a voice, learn life skills and get the life they want.
Our services are currently available in Cambridgeshire but we are hoping to expand to other areas soon!
Community integration projects
Each year, Next Steps is involved in a range of Community integration projects led by people with learning difficulties that empower and promote community involvement of people with learning difficulties.
Our other projects
Making Heritage Accessible - (Funded by Heritage Lottery Fund)
An accessible DVD resource to enable people with learning difficulties to understand more about their local history and how to get involved.
Hostile Territory
An accessible anti-bullying DVD resource for young people with learning difficulties.
